Canterbury Farm is in the process of obtaining Organic Certification but we aim to go beyond this by bringing back nature and diversity to our farming enterprises. We balance minerals and biological inputs to achieve healthy, nutrient-dense food. We allow nature to guide the evolution of our crops to achieve top quality avocados, truffles, blueberries and beef to nourish our customers the way Nature intended. Our priority is to sell healthy, chemical-free, nutrient rich food - the way food should be.
Canterbury Farm is nestled in the Karri Forest of the Southern Forest region of Western Australia, surrounded by Shannon and Boorara National Parks. A large part of the property remains as untouched, diverse, native bush and forest, home to the abundance of wildlife that inspire our approach to food cultivation.
